The ultimate fulfillment of God’s promises, that His people are always His, that He would be with us forever, that He would send the Messiah who would be our Savior. Jesus is the fulfillment of God’s promises, in the flesh. Immanuel means, “God is with us.” He is with us, and He takes away our sin so that we can be with Him.
