(2018) Homes springing with life

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:19

Sermon series: Confidence, Purpose, Relational Health, Financial Health, Spiritual Health, Physical Health, Emotional Health, Intellectual Health, Grace, Teamwork, New Dreams, New Goals.

Pastor Jeff: “If we believe that the Christian home is the foundation of every society throughout history, that the Christian home is the bedrock of society and community, where else would the enemy attack? Where else would the enemy of health and wellness target, but our homes? If he can make the home crumble, eventually society crumbles and the enemy wins the day.

Those who are connected to life in Jesus will win the war, but sometimes it feels like we’re losing the battle. A home centered on life in Jesus has a foundation that will not crumble.

God makes a way and does new things in places where you feel like it’s impossible. He talks about streams in the desert and pathways through the wilderness. God does those things. Even in the dark spaces and the dark places where we wonder, ‘What good could possibly come out of this?’ God says, ‘See, I am doing a new thing.’”
