WHAT I DO: I lead the implementation of our strategy components — lifeGroup, lifeWorship and lifeServe — and help people connect through 1:1 relationships. At the Church, we believe that connecting people to life in Jesus has three components: lifeGroup (small groups that meet independently), lifeWorship (the times we gather to learn about God and His purpose for our lives), and lifeServe (how we use God’s gifts to serve our communities).
As the coordinator of those programs, I help people to connect with those groups and opportunities, as well as helping them to find 1:1 discipleship relationships. I also train and support group leaders.
